Our approach
A clear next step.
Contact when it’s useful.
We listen, explain who could help and what they would do, and agree when it would be useful to speak again.
When we’ll next speak
- Business insurance renewalMarchA call four weeks before
- Payroll year endAprilNo contact needed
- Funding reviewAutumnNot now. Ask again then
Change or stop any time.
How an introduction works.
From a first call to the right specialist.
We listen.
What’s working, what isn’t and what you’d like to change. A conversation, not a questionnaire.
We explain before we introduce.
Who the specialist is, what they would do, and whether and how Kingsway is paid.
You decide.
Whether to go ahead, and when. “Not now” is a fine answer.
We share only what you agree.
The specialist receives the details you approve, for the conversation you asked for.
The specialist does the work.
Any advice, quote or service comes from that firm, under its terms with you. We show you how to check the firm before you agree.
How future contact is agreed.
Staying in touch helps when it’s relevant to you.
You set the timing.
Before a renewal, after the year end, or not at all.
About what you agreed.
No reminders or offers you didn’t ask for.
Shared only with your agreement.
Your details aren’t passed to a specialist firm without asking.
What Kingsway Brokerage is,
and is not.
Kingsway Brokerage is
A first contact for business owners and directors.
A relationship you can come back to when the business changes.
Kingsway Brokerage is not
A replacement for your accountant, solicitor or other advisers.
A source of financial, wealth, legal, tax or transaction advice.
A place for confidential documents or detailed personal finances. A first conversation needs neither.
Fair questions.
Do I have to go through Kingsway to reach a specialist?
No. Where a Kingsway service has its own website, such as Kingsway Payroll, you can go straight there. Kingsway Brokerage helps when you’re not sure who you need, or want one familiar starting point.
What does it cost?
That depends on the specialist and what you ask them to do. You’ll know whether you would pay anything before any introduction.
What if no specialist fits?
We’ll say so. We would rather tell you than make an introduction for the sake of it.
Something worth talking through?
One question is enough to start.
