Who is responsible

Kingsway Brokerage is operated by Torus Management Consultancy LLC, which is responsible for the details you send us. To ask about your details, email hello@kingswaybrokerage.co.uk.

What we collect

Only what the form asks for: the topic you choose, your name, your business or firm if you give it, how you’d like a reply and the email address or phone number for it, anything you choose to add, and your agreement that we can contact you. We also note the page you used and when.

If you followed a link from another Kingsway website, we note which one, as a short code such as “payroll”. If the page address carried campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium or utm_campaign), we note those too. Neither says anything about you.

Why

To reply to you and, if you ask for one, to explain and arrange an introduction to a specialist. Sending an enquiry is not agreeing to marketing. We rely on legitimate interests for business-to-business service delivery, relationship management, security and relevant business marketing; on steps taken at your request, where that applies; and on legal obligations for records we must keep. You can object to direct marketing at any time.

Who sees it

The people who handle Kingsway Brokerage enquiries and, if you ask about a specialist service, the people at Kingsway who handle that service. Apart from the services named below, which store and deliver it for us, nothing is shared with a specialist firm or anyone else without your agreement, unless the law requires it; when you agree to an introduction, the specialist receives only the details you approve. We don’t sell personal data.

Where it is kept

We use Zoho for our customer records (Zoho CRM), email (Zoho Mail) and bookings (Zoho Bookings), in Zoho’s UAE data centre, and Cloudflare to host this site and run its enquiry form. If you book a call, Zoho Bookings keeps the details you enter and the time you choose, and a copy goes to our Google Calendar, provided by Google, with a Google Meet link. The booking page is run by Zoho and has its own privacy information. Cloudflare handles your connection to this site, including your IP address, to deliver its pages and forms, keep it secure and limit repeated attempts. We don’t keep your IP address with your enquiry.

Our systems may be operated or accessed in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, the United States and the United Arab Emirates. Where UK transfer rules apply, we use the relevant adequacy arrangement or contractual safeguards and complete any required transfer assessment. Contact us for information about the safeguard used for a particular transfer.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are normally kept for up to 24 months after our last meaningful contact with you. Introduction, service, contract, invoicing and commission records may be kept for six years. If you ask us not to contact you, we keep a minimal record for as long as we need to respect that. Security logs follow our hosting provider’s standard security-retention period.

What this site does not do

This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or tracking. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security cookies when it needs to tell genuine visitors from automated or abusive traffic. The forms ask only for a broad reason, so please don’t send confidential documents, account numbers, health information or detailed personal finances.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to see, correct or delete your details, ask us to restrict how we use them or to give you a copy to take elsewhere, and object to how we use them. You can object to direct marketing at any time. Email hello@kingswaybrokerage.co.uk; we reply without undue delay, normally within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your details, please tell us; you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
